SoftConstruct develops AI automation solutions through its AI Center of Excellence team.

• Design and implement production-grade AI agents and robust automation services;
• Create robust data pipelines for extraction and LLM-driven transformation;
• Integrate with external tools and APIs, including web parsers, email, chat systems, and streaming data;
• Expose agent workflows as well-documented APIs or event-driven services;
• Build reliable systems with caching, retries, observability, and performance optimization;
• Contribute to internal SDKs and frameworks that accelerate AI agent development across the team;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate use cases into reliable, maintainable solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of professional Python experience focused on modern async and typed code;
• Proven experience building scalable backend APIs with modern web frameworks such as FastAPI or Django;
• Hands-on experience with LLM agent design patterns such as ReAct and tool-calling;
• Practical experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka or RabbitMQ;
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Dagster or Airflow;
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or PgVector;
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices;
• Commitment to writing strong unit and integration tests;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving project environment;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree, experience with LangChain, experience with Azure DevOps.
