• Configure, support, and enhance Genedata Screener for small-molecule research;
• Work with scientists to translate chemistry and assay workflows into system configurations and integrations;
• Build and maintain integrations with other scientific and enterprise systems;
• Support data import/export, migration, and processing workflows;
• Develop scripts and automation using Python;
• Troubleshoot Genedata applications, integrations, and Linux server environments;
• Collaborate with scientists and IT teams to improve scientific workflows and system usability.

• Deep hands-on experience with Genedata in a small-molecule environment;
• Background in chemistry, cheminformatics, medicinal chemistry, or drug discovery;
• Strong Python skills;
• Strong Linux experience, including server-side troubleshooting;
• Experience with scientific data workflows, integrations, and APIs;
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with scientists and technical teams;
• Nice to have: Experience with data migration between scientific R&D systems, familiarity with databases, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns, experience with Git and other software development tools, pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience.
