• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources;
• Write clean, efficient Python code with a focus on performance, optimal data structures, and algorithms;
• Collaborate on database schema design for SQL and NoSQL systems;
• Optimize query performance to ensure fast and accurate data access;
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and data quality checks;
• Deploy and iterate on pipelines using CI/CD practices and containerization tools like Docker;
• Participate in code reviews to uphold team standards.

• Strong Python engineering skills with a focus on performance, memory efficiency, and maintainable code;
• Solid experience building and operating ETL/ELT data pipelines and handling large-scale data ingestion;
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization;
• Ability to work autonomously, define project scope, and drive tasks to production;
• Experience navigating unfamiliar codebases;
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and containerization tools like Docker;
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech or wealth management domains.
