3+ Years of professional experience in backend development with Python;
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases;
Previous experience in fintech or financial services;
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and Linux;
Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
