• Design and implement scalable Python services for production and logistics infrastructure;
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing departments to translate physical workflows into automated software solutions;
• Develop and optimize backend logic for inventory management, production scheduling, and demand forecasting;
• Support the continuous improvement and integration of the Odoo ERP environment;
• Lead by example with high-quality, testable code and provide technical guidance to the team.

• 6+ Years of professional experience in backend development with mastery of Python and modern frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask;
• Proven track record of working directly with operational teams such as Manufacturing, Supply Planning, or Logistics;
• Understanding of supply chain processes like lead times, Bill of Materials, and inventory cycles;
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases with performance optimization skills;
• Architectural mindset with a commitment to TDD and Git-based CI/CD workflows;
• Nice to have: Experience with Odoo (OpenERP).
