A fast-growing digital team within a major automotive financial services group builds services for a vehicle marketplace and develops new digital products for the wider group.
задачи
Design and build scalable, maintainable backend services
Translate complex business needs into robust technical designs and architecture
Choose suitable tools and recommend new ones
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales, sharing ideas through code and design reviews and pair programming
Provide technical leadership and mentor developing engineers
требования
Expert Python skills and experience delivering production services end to end
Experience with FastAPI, Django, and AWS
Solid understanding of databases, object-oriented design, data structures, distributed systems, and SOLID principles
Analytical, collaborative, and clear communicator
Engaging and personable, comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback
