principal AI/ML architect for agentic AI systems

TensorOps is an applied-machine-learning studio that helps organisations across Europe and North America design, train, and deploy production-grade GenAI systems.

• Lead technical strategy and architecture by partnering with clients to understand business challenges and designing scalable solutions using machine learning, search, and agentic AI
• Manage client engagements as the primary technical contact, translating complex concepts, managing expectations, and ensuring project success
• Lead and mentor ML engineering teams, provide technical direction, and take responsibility for project delivery
• Architect and implement agentic workflows, agent-based modeling, multi-agent systems, and complex RAG pipelines
• Oversee projects from discovery and architectural design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration

• 8+ Years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering, including architecting and delivering large-scale, production-grade AI/ML systems
• Significant client-facing experience in a consulting or architectural role, including leading technical discussions with C-level executives and engineering teams
• Proven leadership and project management experience, including leading engineering teams and managing technical delivery of complex software projects
• Deep expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• Expert-level practical experience with LLMs, agentic design patterns, and classical ML at scale; knowledge of LTR, recommender algorithms, RAG, and fine-tuning
• Strong foundations in software architecture, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), including designing for scalability, reliability, and low latency
• BSc, MS, PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• English proficiency level must be provided in the application
