PHP (laravel) software engineer in edtech

Aristek Systems is actively involved in the development of innovative IT solutions for the US and European markets. Our team consists of over 170 highly qualified professionals of various IT-spheres. Now we are looking for PHP (Laravel) Software Engineer to join our team!

• Develop and maintain features of the platform on PHP / Laravel (back end, REST API, queues, integrations);
• Build and support integrations with external systems: rostering/LMS providers and Salesforce;
• Develop on the Salesforce side when needed (Apex, triggers, flows, integrations with the platform);
• Write tests, take part in code review (GitHub), keep Jira tickets up to date;
• Work with the client’s US team: daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning and demos;
• Participate in technical design and estimation of new features.

• 3+ years of commercial experience with PHP (8.x);
• Solid commercial experience with Laravel (Eloquent, queues/jobs, policies, migrations, API resources);
• Strong MySQL / SQL skills, understanding of performance and data migrations;
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, OAuth 2.0;
• Automated testing (PHPUnit / Pest);
• Git, code review, Docker;
• English B2+ (daily communication with the US client team);
• Ability to work independently on a feature from analysis to release.
