Appjection helps individuals challenge unjustified traffic and parking fines for free, while its sister company The Fine Hub helps major leasing and rental companies centrally manage fines across Europe. Together, the companies operate from Amsterdam with approximately 35–40 employees and are entering a clear growth phase.

• Design and evolve the platform architecture to support integrations with government agencies across Europe;
• Build and maintain the Laravel backend with Livewire on the frontend;
• Take ownership of one or more parts of the codebase;
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and involve colleagues or customers to resolve them;
• Explore how AI can add value to the architecture, document processing, and drafting legal documents;
• Contribute to security, compliance, and DevOps topics.

• Demonstrated experience as a senior backend developer, preferably with Laravel;
• Strong architectural insight and ability to understand and evolve systems with many integrations;
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach;
• Flexibility when priorities change;
• Collaborative and approachable personality;
• Fluent Dutch;
• Nice to have: Google Cloud and Terraform experience, interest in applying AI to architecture and document processing, interest in security and compliance.
