node.js developer in Web3

Solflare is a rapidly growing crypto wallet with around 4 million monthly active users and over $20 billion in digital assets secured through its platform. Founded in 2021, the company is building a gateway to Web3 that gives users greater control over their assets.

• Design and implement scalable and robust backend services;
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services and Solana RPCs;
• Manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases and ensure data integrity and security;
• Implement caching mechanisms using Redis to improve performance;
• Use PrismaJS for efficient database access and management;
• Deploy and manage applications on DigitalOcean and Google Cloud Platform;
• Use BullJS for background job processing and Cron for scheduling tasks;
• Write unit and integration tests with Jest;
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration;
• Stay updated with trends and technologies in web development and blockchain;
• Design and implement a microservices architecture for scalability and maintainability.

• At least 4 years of backend development experience focused on web2/web3 technologies;
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and PrismaJS;
• Experience with cloud services including Google Cloud Platform and DigitalOcean, and DevOps practices;
• Experience writing unit and integration tests with Jest;
• Knowledge of event-based architecture and microservices design patterns;
• Ability to design scalable systems;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: familiarity with blockchain technologies, specifically Solana; proficiency in machine learning concepts and applying them to real-world problems; experience designing and optimizing backends for large data volumes.
