• Conduct code reviews and implement features using best practices to ensure clean code and maintain structured design;
• Oversee application performance, resolve bugs, and address technical issues;
• Write documentation tailored for technical purposes and end-users;
• Support team activities, assess team performance, and identify operational needs;
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical discussions, reporting metrics to management;
• Contribute to the organization, optimization, and setup of development workflows;
• Provide input on design and architectural solutions.

• 7+ Years of engineering experience encompassing SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, Node.js, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Piper, and Webdriver.IO, coupled with a broad technological perspective;
• Background in team leadership involving cloud systems, SAP architecture, and mentorship for teams of 10+ members;
• Proficiency in design principles and microservice architecture;
• Familiarity with Agile workflows such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and Node.js;
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database, and SAP CAP environments in Java and Node.js;
• English at B2 proficiency level or higher.
