• Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce and Braze solutions across the international CRM landscape, including architecture, integrations, data modelling and platform scalability
• Design and develop modern CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, middleware and event-driven integration patterns
• Define and improve engineering standards across the CRM domain, including CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, release management, governance and platform quality
• Advise and coach engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders within an international matrix organisation

• Significant experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Technical Lead or CRM Engineering role, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, Flows and Salesforce data modelling
• Strong front-end and backend engineering capabilities, including experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, APIs, integrations and modern software engineering practices
• Experience working in complex international environments and understanding of scalability, governance, security, data privacy and maintainability within multi-country CRM platforms
• Proactively identify risks, improvements and long-term opportunities, communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership to drive change

• A monthly salary indication between €5.000,- and €7.000,- based on a 40-hour week
• Flexible working hours
• Occasional travel to other Postcode Lottery offices may be required
