Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, it develops and manages IT infrastructures for Lidl, Kaufland, Schwarz Production, and PreZero, while also supporting companies across Europe in their digital transformation through Cloud, Cyber Security, Data & AI, Communication, and Workspace services.

• Build high-quality, scalable software using .NET, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
• Own the product end to end according to the “You build it, you run it” philosophy;
• Design and manage complex distributed systems and microservices;
• Work hands-on with Kubernetes and cloud deployments;
• Analyze code and conduct Pull Request Reviews to maintain a clean codebase;
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, data analysts, QA engineers, tech leads, product managers, and product owners;
• Coordinate API and payload contract boundaries with React Native feature teams.

• Proven experience in object-oriented software development;
• Deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, including .NET 6 or above;
• Proven experience in cloud development;
• Experience managing workloads in Kubernetes;
• Advanced knowledge of distributed architectures;
• Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ;
• Proven experience with MongoDB and SQL databases;
• Experience creating unit and integration tests;
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana;
• Proficiency in English;
• At least 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer;
• Nice to have: GCP, previous engineering experience within an MVNO/MVNE, DDD, vertical slicing architecture, MongoDB, TypeScript, React.
