The project supports migration from an existing Workforce Management SharePoint platform by enhancing and deploying ComPass, a Workforce Management and New Joiner application.

• Convert business requirements and user stories into effective application features;
• Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable code;
• Ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability;
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness;
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, bottlenecks, and technical issues;
• Contribute to the ongoing development, testing, and production deployment of .NET-based solutions;
• Support testing, deployment, and production readiness activities;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and apply a problem-solving mindset to deliver robust software solutions.

• 5 Years of experience;
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET 6 and later versions;
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
• Good understanding of ASP.NET MVC and Web API development;
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular;
• Hands-on experience with Git and source control practices;
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles;
• Experience developing reusable C# components and libraries;
• Familiarity with software design patterns and architectural best practices;
• Understanding of scalable application design and development principles;
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and unit tests;
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices;
• Full professional proficiency in English.

• The client requires work from the Kraków office 8 days per month;
