• Design, develop and deploy high-quality .NET solutions with production-grade reliability;
• Own end-to-end development from business logic implementation to final deployment;
• Engage in Agile processes, including sprint demos, Scrum ceremonies and innovation workshops;
• Contribute to technical planning, including project estimations and architectural decisions;
• Maintain code excellence through peer reviews and comprehensive test coverage;
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating and integrating modern .NET technologies;
• Contribute to the implementation of AI-related solutions.

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET;
• Have solid expertise in Entity Framework;
• Have deep understanding of relational databases, including query optimization and performance tuning with SQL Server or Postgres;
• Have strong knowledge of JSON data structures;
• Have experience working with NoSQL databases; Amazon DocumentDB is preferred;
• Have English level B2 or higher and experience communicating with English-speaking customers;
• Have basic to intermediate understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, MCP and RAG;
• Be willing to use AI-powered development tools such as Copilot, Cursor and Claude Code;
• Nice to have: experience working with TypeScript and Angular.
