.net developer for a next-generation platform

Aristocrat develops a next-generation platform with scalable architecture and infrastructure designed for Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. The platform uses cloud-ready technologies and supports gambling and casino operations.

• Design and build scalable microservices from scratch;
• Implement solutions according to the product’s architectural and design documentation;
• Analyze and reproduce existing business logic;
• Modernize existing components to meet new business requirements;
• Create readable, maintainable, high-quality, and testable code using TDD;
• Participate in code reviews and co-create and apply engineering standards;
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary product, QA, and DevOps teams;
• Build and develop AI tools for the team, including reusable skills, custom agents, MCP servers, and repository instruction files describing the platform’s operation.

• At least 6 years of backend development experience with .NET / .NET Core;
• Practical experience building large web systems;
• Good knowledge of microservice architecture;
• Good knowledge of relational databases;
• Analytical mindset and highly developed problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team;
• Willingness to learn continuously and work with new technologies;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Daily production experience using AI agent programming tools for multi-step task delegation and critical result verification;
• Experience creating reusable tools for agents, such as skills, custom subagents, slash commands, MCP servers, hooks, or equivalent solutions;
• Ability to provide agents with appropriate context, define task scope correctly, and identify seemingly correct but actually incorrect generated results;
• Interest in developing and improving an AI-first work environment rather than only using ready-made solutions;
• Nice to have: Docker and Kubernetes, TDD and test automation, event-driven architecture including Kafka and pub/sub patterns.
