.net developer for a next-generation platform

Aristocrat develops gambling and casino products, including a next-generation scalable, cloud-ready platform designed to operate across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

• Design and develop scalable microservices from the ground up;
• Implement solutions according to architectural and product design documents;
• Reverse-engineer current business logic modules;
• Modernize legacy components to meet new business requirements;
• Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on quality and testability using TDD;
• Participate in code reviews and drive engineering guidelines;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product, QA, and DevOps teams;
• Build and maintain the team's AI tooling, including reusable skills, custom agents, MCP servers, and repository instruction files;
• Use agentic coding tools daily for production work, delegate multi-step tasks, and critically review the output;
• Author reusable agent tooling such as skills, custom subagents, slash commands, MCP servers, hooks, or equivalent;
• Provide agents with appropriate context, scope tasks for successful execution, and identify incorrect output;
• Improve the team's AI setup.

• 6+ Years of backend development experience using .NET / .NET Core;
• Hands-on experience building large-scale web-based systems;
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture;
• Good knowledge of relational databases;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable teammate;
• Continuous learning approach and adaptability to new technologies;
• Good written and verbal English communication skills;
• Daily production experience with agentic coding tools;
• Experience authoring reusable agent tooling and understanding what made it work or fail;
• Nice to have: Docker and Kubernetes, TDD and automated testing approaches, event-driven architecture including Kafka and pub/sub patterns.
