.NET Developer

EPAM develops enterprise software products, open source solutions, and accelerators for customers worldwide.

• Design, code, test, and debug web applications;
• Develop new features on top of the existing product;
• Build new system components and integrate third-party products into the existing application framework;
• Follow development best practices and participate in code reviews;
• Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout the development lifecycle;
• Perform development testing to ensure implemented work matches expected requirements and quality standards;
• Review requirements in product backlog refinement and grooming meetings;
• Support and improve existing infrastructure;
• Participate in pager duty rotations.

• 3+ Years of experience in .NET/C#;
• Proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on expertise in jQuery;
• Significant experience with the ASP.NET MVC pattern;
• Familiarity with Bootstrap;
• Solid working knowledge of relational databases and SQL;
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results;
• Commitment to code quality, accurate work estimation, and timely communication of status and impediments;
• Stress tolerance and a strong customer focus;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work actively in a large, globally distributed development team;
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher;
• Nice to have: experience with ASP.NET WebForms or transforming WebForms to MVC, Bootstrap CSS skills, knowledge of LINQ, Microsoft SQL Server background, leadership qualities.
