.NET Developer

Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, developing an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a mobile-first platform.

• Own and evolve a shared product area as part of a domain team;
• Build robust and scalable financial infrastructure;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineers to design elegant end-to-end solutions;
• Jump into customer issues, improve team processes, and mentor colleagues;
• Ensure quality through automated testing, thorough code reviews, and security best practices.

• At least 5 years of professional backend development with a product engineering mindset;
• Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#;
• Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production;
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines;
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how work connects to company objectives;
• Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences;
• A builder's mentality with a focus on shipping great products;
• Nice to have: Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP.
