.NET Developer

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality software using .NET, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
• Define and manage complex distributed system architectures and microservices;
• Operate infrastructure directly, managing workloads in Kubernetes and Cloud deployments;
• Ensure code quality through thorough analysis and Pull Request reviews;
• Maintain product ownership by participating in business discussions, metrics, and product strategy;
• Minimize technical debt by prioritizing viable solutions and iterative refactoring;
• Collaborate in an agile environment with designers, Product Owners, and the Team Lead.

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent technical qualification;
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a .NET Developer;
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level);
• Solid experience in the .NET ecosystem and object-oriented development;
• Advanced knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, design patterns, and resilience;
• Real experience managing and operating workloads in Kubernetes;
• Infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, ideally Terraform;
• Proficiency in NoSQL (MongoDB or similar) and relational databases (SQL);
• Experience in event-oriented architectures using Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.);
• Implementation and analysis of observability using OpenTelemetry (OTEL);
• Demonstrable experience in Cloud Native development (GCP, Azure, or AWS);
• Strong habit of creating Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and automating CI/CD pipelines;
• T-Shape mindset with a focus on Backend and willingness to learn or support Python or TypeScript / React Native;
• Nice to have: DDD, Vertical Slicing Architecture, practical knowledge of Python or React Native.

• Salary between 40 000 € and 50 000 € gross per year;
• Permanent contract;
• Flexible schedule with intensive working hours on Fridays and during the summer period;
