• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and platform infrastructure;
• Develop production-grade software from architecture and design through deployment;
• Build and optimize distributed systems processing large-scale workloads;

• 2-5 Years of experience building and shipping production software;
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities;
• Experience with Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI or similar;
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases;
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern frontend technologies;
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Outstanding academic performance, honours, distinctions, or merit-based scholarships;
• Participation in competitive programs, olympiads, hackathons, research initiatives, or other high-performance environments;
• Experience in highly selective technology companies, top-tier startups, or organisations known for engineering excellence;
• Exceptional technical projects, entrepreneurial ventures, or open-source contributions;
• Evidence of rapid learning, strong ownership, and a desire to tackle difficult problems;
• Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, or Machine Learning systems, knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous workflows, experience building real-time applications, previous experience in high-growth startups or technically demanding environments.
