• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML model services optimized for performance and efficiency;
• Build infrastructure powering critical model inputs for the dispatch algorithm;
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand product needs and build scalable solutions;
• Build and enhance ML engineering tooling for model development, monitoring, serving, and experimentation;
• Use cloud infrastructure and modern technologies to build highly available systems for multiple teams;
• Proactively suggest new technologies and architectures to support new use cases.

• Ideally 4+ years of experience in ML engineering or MLOps;
• Familiarity with ML engineering ecosystem tools for model serving, training, experimentation, and feature engineering;
• Experience building infrastructure around machine learning pipelines;
• Hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as Python;
• Ideally 3+ years of experience designing and implementing diverse machine learning models, including regression, classification, and tree-based ensembles;
• Strong theoretical foundation in statistics and probability;
• Experience building new applications from scratch;
• Experience creating quick proof of concepts for system design challenges using open-source tools;
• Experience evaluating technologies for business problems and proposing solutions based on comprehensive pros and cons analysis;
• Experience investigating and improving existing systems;
• Fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication;
• Nice to have: experience with Metaflow, Airflow, MLflow, Argo Workflows, and Cloud Notebooks; knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud; experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform; knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
