AppFollow.io provides an app reputation management and analytics platform for the mobile app market.

• Develop and optimize AppFollow product functionality beyond ML;
• Build scalable services and internal/public APIs for core data entities, including apps, reviews, and ratings;
• Integrate services with legacy systems;
• Design, document, and maintain an efficient, testable, and secure codebase with backend and Platform teams;
• Drive ML capabilities end-to-end, from research and prototyping in notebooks to production deployment and monitoring;
• Build LLM-powered features on review data, including reply generation, summarization, feedback categorization, semantic search, and agentic scenarios;
• Work with commercial APIs and open-source models;
• Build evaluation pipelines;
• Optimize inference latency and cost;
• Develop RAG and vector search.

• 5+ Years of software engineering experience with strong production Python, asyncio, and FastAPI;
• 3+ Years of hands-on ML/NLP experience with models shipped to production;
• Practical LLM expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning with LoRA/PEFT, PyTorch, and Hugging Face;
• Solid SQL skills with PostgreSQL/MySQL, SQLAlchemy, and pytest;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Nice to have: vLLM/TGI, pgvector, LangChain/LangGraph, MLflow/Langfuse, AWS, Kafka.
