• Design and implement robust ML models that solve real-world problems;
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from feature engineering to deployment and monitoring;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions;
• Apply MLOps best practices such as CI/CD, versioning, testing, and automation;
• Deploy models on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Work with MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and Spark;
• Stay up to date with the latest techniques, including Generative AI, and explore their application;
• Guide clients in building internal ML capabilities and following engineering best practices;
• Share expertise through mentorship, demos, and internal learning sessions.

• 2–5 Years of relevant experience in ML engineering, data science, or similar roles;
• A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field;
• Strong Python coding skills and experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals;
• Experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems;
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and orchestration tools;
• A consulting mindset with the ability to listen, collaborate, and turn needs into solutions;
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
• A drive to learn, improve, and share knowledge internally and with the broader tech community.
