• Design and ship production-grade ML systems that rank offers and personalise rewards for users in real time;
• Translate mathematical problems into concrete ML formulations;
• Build systems for reward and payout structures while balancing user motivation, cost sustainability, and advertiser value;
• Diagnose underperforming reward campaigns and identify their causes;
• Apply statistical and causal methods, including A/B testing, uplift, and causal inference;
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to shape priorities and define what gets built;
• Build ML infrastructure across the training pipeline and model serving layer.

• Hands-on production ML experience, particularly with non-standard problems;
• Experience building and shipping models end to end;
• Ability to work across data pipelines, models, and live serving;
• Strong grounding in statistics, including A/B testing, regression, and probability;
• Enthusiasm for building infrastructure alongside the team;
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to move across different business problems;
• Motivation by business impact as well as technical quality;
• Nice to have: experience in adtech, gaming, gambling, or other high-scale personalisation and monetisation systems, familiarity with recommendation systems or ranking models, familiarity with pLTV, retention, and ROAS, exposure to applying LLMs or agentic tooling to production ML workflows.
