EPAM develops enterprise software products, open source solutions, and accelerators.

• Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning models and applications using Python;
• Research and provide expertise in LLMs for applications such as question-answering systems, chatbots, and content generation;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems;
• Optimize and fine-tune LLM models to meet performance, efficiency, and accuracy goals;
• Create and maintain documentation for implemented solutions, including technical specifications and system requirements;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LLM usage in production scenarios to ensure high reliability and performance.

• 3+ Years of Python development and Machine Learning engineering experience;
• Experience with software engineering principles, including design patterns and code optimization techniques;
• Solid programming skills in Python using efficient algorithms;
• Proficiency with LLMs such as GPT3, Llama, T5, and BERT;
• Proficiency with NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, and JAX;
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and analysis;
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git;
• Nice to have: LLMOps experience with Auto-GPT, Langchain, LlamaIndex, and VectorDBs.

• Office role in Kazakhstan.
