• Conduct feasibility analyses for the integration of AI/ML functionalities into software systems;
• Research, design, and develop AI/ML algorithms and models tailored to specific project requirements;
• Design, curate, manage, and preprocess datasets for training, testing, validation, and optimization of models;
• Collaborate with R&D software developers to integrate AI/ML components into applications and platforms;
• Support the testing, evaluation, optimization, and performance validation of developed models;
• Participate in R&D activities, including technical meetings, workshops, teleconferences, and proposal preparation;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or an ICT-related discipline;
• Excellent proficiency in Python for AI/ML development;
• Proven knowledge and research experience in AI/ML techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks, and optimization methods;
• Minimum 2 years of industrial working experience in the design and development of AI/ML models and algorithms;
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
• Nice to have: PhD degree, experience in industrial R&D or EU-funded projects, familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, knowledge of Greek.
