Low-code / No-code Automation Developer

Novakid builds an online education platform for children aged 4–12, offering language learning to students across Europe and Asia.

• Lead automation initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining scalable solutions
• Architect integrations, design APIs and webhooks, and ensure automations are resilient, performant, and secure
• Establish guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing, and monitoring
• Introduce quality and governance practices, including code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and audits
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions
• Mentor junior automation developers, conduct technical reviews, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or automation development
• Expertise in low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
• Experience with databases and SQL, including writing and optimizing queries
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom extensions and scripts
• Familiarity with AWS services and containerized deployments
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
• Experience with version control and issue tracking systems
• Experience with telephony and voice integrations, including cloud telephony platforms, voice AI agents, call routing, and CRM/Intercom integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions
• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
