• Apply a pragmatic approach to solving problems and making decisions;
• Plan and prioritize effectively to deliver high-impact work;
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and quality improvements;
• Guide and mentor more junior team members;
• Share product insights with stakeholders and challenge product decisions when needed;
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team and contribute to technical, design, and retrospective discussions;
• Work comfortably with both strongly and dynamically typed languages, bringing programming skills and a problem-solving approach to the team regardless of whether Python is the primary language.

• Create and design modular, scalable, testable, tested, and performant systems with well-defined endpoints using software engineering best practices;
• Identify the root cause of system issues and determine short- and long-term resolutions;
• Be adaptable and flexible when building new and novel products, shipping quickly, and improving later iterations through feedback;
• Work across the whole software lifecycle;
