• Develop and maintain the Android kiosk app using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose;
• Work with Device Owner API and DevicePolicyManager for kiosk mode, provisioning, and OTA updates;
• Integrate with Firebase services including Firestore realtime listeners and FCM push commands;
• Interact with the backend REST API using Retrofit;
• Write unit and UI tests using JUnit, MockK, Turbine, and Compose Testing;
• Navigate and understand backend code in Spring Boot and Kotlin for API contract alignment;
• Work with CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions;
• Perform code reviews and maintain codebase quality.

• 3+ Years of commercial Android development experience using Kotlin;
• Proficiency with Jetpack Compose and Material 3;
• Knowledge of MVI/MVVM architecture patterns and Clean Architecture;
• Experience with Hilt (Dagger), Firebase (Firestore, FCM), and Retrofit/OkHttp;
• Proficiency with Coroutines and Flow (StateFlow, Channel);
• Understanding of Device Owner/Device Policy Manager API or willingness to learn;
• Ability to read and understand backend code in Kotlin and Spring Boot;
• Experience with Git feature branches and pull requests;
• Nice to have: Experience with Lock Task Mode, kiosk applications, CameraX, ML Kit, WorkManager, background processing, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Flyway.
