• Design, build, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot within a microservice architecture;
• Own the full software lifecycle, including production monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous performance optimization;
• Contribute to technical documentation, RFCs, and product discovery;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define backlog priorities and identify process and workflow improvements;
• Onboard new engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster knowledge sharing;

• Proven backend engineering experience with deep proficiency in Java or Kotlin and modern microservice patterns;
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, with Postgres preferred;
• Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, specifically AWS;
• Ability to handle the entire deployment process, including bug fixing and production monitoring;
• Strong communication skills and experience participating in technical discussions such as RFCs;
• Experience mentoring team members;
• Ability to write clean, tested, and well-documented code focused on security and performance best practices;
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and continuously improve technical and team processes.
