• Build and evolve the native Android application using Kotlin;
• Own complex product areas including authentication, onboarding, subscriptions, CV Builder, AI-powered features, and user activation;
• Design scalable, maintainable mobile architecture and reusable components;
• Integrate payment providers and third-party services;
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to deliver polished product experiences;
• Manage the entire delivery process from technical design to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• 5+ Years of commercial Android development experience;
• Strong expertise in native Android development with Kotlin;
• Proven experience building and shipping production Android applications;
• Strong understanding of Android architecture, performance optimization, and application lifecycle;
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs;
• Ability to independently make technical decisions and own features from idea to production;
• Nice to have: experience working on SaaS or subscription-based products, experience building data-driven or AI-powered applications, experience in high-growth startup environments, familiarity with mobile analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.

• Market-level compensation;
• Office/hybrid in Warsaw or fully remote from nearby time zones (CET ±2);
