• Develop and enhance new and existing products;
• Optimize application performance;

• Have 3+ years of experience in mobile development;
• Have 2+ years of experience in banking or fintech;
• Have advanced Kotlin knowledge;
• Have experience with Clean Architecture, MVI patterns (Redux/TEA), Coroutines (Flow), and core design patterns;
• Have experience building UI with Jetpack Compose;
• Have experience working with GitLab CI;
• Understand mobile application performance optimization principles;
• Have experience working in a team and understand Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Have a proactive mindset, initiative, and the ability to lead processes;
• Be able to make and propose decisions, including architectural decisions;
• Have English proficiency at Intermediate level or above.
