The client is a leading technology partner specializing in digital transformation, delivering innovative solutions in cloud technologies, data, artificial intelligence, and application engineering for enterprise clients across various industries.

• Analyze business and system requirements and design scalable backend solutions;
• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring;
• Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code aligned with engineering standards;
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and code quality;
• Build and enhance core business logic and platform capabilities;
• Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs following best practices;
• Work on complex data processing and algorithmic logic within financial systems;
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team;
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams in an agile setup;
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support containerized deployments;
• Participate in demos and stakeholder presentations;
• Ensure system observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing.

• 5+ Years of experience in backend development using Java;
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Java ecosystem is a must;
• Solid experience with microservices and distributed systems design;
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka;
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs;
• Knowledge of API security including authentication and authorization (JWT);
• Good experience with SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning;
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices;
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools within the SDLC;
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
