• Develop scalable, reliable and maintainable backend services;
• Design and implement REST APIs and OpenAPI;
• Integrate internal and external systems;
• Work with event-driven architecture, asynchronous flows and distributed systems;
• Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents and improve reliability;
• Write unit and integration tests;
• Work with monitoring, logging and observability tools;
• Collaborate with architects, frontend teams, product teams and technical leads;
• Support a technology transformation towards a modern Node.js and TypeScript ecosystem.

• Commercial backend development experience: 4+ years for Mid, 6+ years for Senior;
• Strong Java 21+ experience;
• Strong Spring Boot 3.x experience;
• Experience with REST API design and OpenAPI;
• Experience integrating multiple systems;
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, messaging concepts and distributed systems;
• Experience with unit and integration testing;
• Production mindset including monitoring, logging and troubleshooting;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Node.js, TypeScript, Express, Fastify, NestJS, Jest, Vitest, Kafka, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, MongoDB, Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, Maven;
• For Senior candidates: experience designing distributed systems, production ownership, incident resolution, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, experience with technology migration or transformation, and ability to influence engineering standards and best practices.
