• Develop, validate, and deliver Jira Java development tasks;
• Participate in code reviews, releases, and team meetings;
• Ensure code quality and clarity, identify vulnerabilities, and suggest improvements;
• Debug code to investigate issues;
• Familiarize with business processes and understand the flow.

• Experience in Java Core, Collections, Multithreading, and Streams;
• Experience in JMS, SQL, and Linux bash;
• Experience in CI/CD, Java build tools, debugging, and profiling tools;
• Experience in algorithms and problem solving;
• Strong soft skills including empathy and communication;
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment;
• Capacity for critical analysis and focus on solving blockage points;
• Fluency in English;
• Nice to have: Python, C#.
