• Analyze business and technical requirements, and design, implement, and test solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements;
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with engineering standards and best practices;
• Contribute to both business features and platform/technical improvements;
• Collaborate with team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming;
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices;
• Build and optimize algorithmic solutions used by leading financial institutions;
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools, to improve productivity and code quality;
• Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and observability are integrated into developed services;
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning activities.

• 2–4 Years of experience as a Java Software Engineer / Developer;
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field;
• Solid knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem;
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and secure API design;
• Experience building and maintaining microservices-based applications;
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL;
• Familiarity with software engineering principles;
• Exposure to AI-assisted development practices;
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn;
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset;
• Nice to have: Experience with distributed systems and messaging, Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, Basic frontend experience, Exposure to TDD/BDD practices, Experience with Oracle DB and performance optimization, Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using modern collaboration tools, Awareness of AI/ML concepts or integrating AI-based services.
