Analyze business and technical requirements, and design, implement, and test solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements;
Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with engineering standards and best practices;
Contribute to both business features and platform/technical improvements;
Collaborate with team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming;
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices;
Build and optimize algorithmic solutions used by leading financial institutions;
Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools, to improve productivity and code quality;
Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and observability are integrated into developed services;
Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning activities.
требования
2–4 Years of experience as a Java Software Engineer / Developer;
Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field;
Solid knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem;
Understanding of RESTful APIs and secure API design;
Experience building and maintaining microservices-based applications;
Good understanding of relational databases and SQL;
Familiarity with software engineering principles;
Exposure to AI-assisted development practices;
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn;
Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset;
Nice to have: Experience with distributed systems and messaging, Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, Basic frontend experience, Exposure to TDD/BDD practices, Experience with Oracle DB and performance optimization, Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using modern collaboration tools, Awareness of AI/ML concepts or integrating AI-based services.
