• Deliver complex backend features end-to-end with minimal supervision;
• Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing;
• Take ownership of core functions or domain areas and expand influence across multiple teams;
• Lead efforts to improve team processes, including code quality, testing, and documentation standards;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions;
• Serve as a technical expert and informal leader to foster continuous improvement.

• Strong proficiency in the Java/JVM ecosystem;
• Motivation to learn and adopt Kotlin as a primary language;
• Proven ability to design and implement complex backend solutions;
• Solid understanding of performance, security, and maintainability best practices;
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle and CI/CD workflows;
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Demonstrated willingness to mentor and support team members;
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and pragmatic problem-solving;
• Nice to have: Postgres, Kafka, REST APIs, monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
