• Develop and maintain Java-based back-end solutions;
• Design and implement RESTful and SOAP web services;
• Optimize database performance and write complex SQL queries;
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues;
• Apply security best practices in web applications;
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Java applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Java Back-End Developer;
• Strong proficiency in Java;
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate;
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis);
• Familiarity with API design, Swagger, or Postman;
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, or Gradle;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI);
• Understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and caching strategies;
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience working with financial products, services, regulations, compliance, and risk management;
• Fluent in English and French;
• Nice to have: High standards, professionalism, and dedication.
