Java developer in telecommunications

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java / Oracle) to join a strategic telecommunications regulatory systems program. The role involves maintaining, enhancing, and adapting critical applications that support a national telecommunications authority. The ideal candidate will have strong technical autonomy, experience working with both legacy and modern technologies, and a proven ability to deliver regulatory-driven changes within strict timelines.

• Analyze business and regulatory requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Oracle technologies.
• Implement corrective, adaptive, and enhancement maintenance requests.
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL components.
• Maintain and enhance Oracle Forms & Reports applications.
• Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and technical design activities.
• Support production deployments and post-production validation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, business users, and infrastructure teams.
