• Guide the team through architectural decisions and technical strategy;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements;

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster their technical growth;

• 7+ Years of experience in Java development;
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers;
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices;
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical issues;
• Background in FinTech;
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders;
• English at a B2+ level;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, C++, and Python, background in Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance, familiarity with UNIX shell scripting.
