Java developer for leasing platforms

As part of the strategic initiative of Arval IT teams’ deployment, the Dynamos Tribe is expanding its presence in Poland. The Dynamos Core Leasing Platform (CLS) is the platform being used by Arval Business within 15 countries and 2 competence centers to operate the leasing and mobility solutions of Arval. We provide leasing and mobility solutions to corporations, medium and small companies and individuals.

• The developer helps to build the information system and ensures its continuity of service.
• As a Medior Java Developer you will oversee or carry out the design and production of quality software solutions in accordance with the best applicable practices (maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, testable and in line with the business line’s needs).
• Oversee the production of quality software solutions in accordance with the best applicable practices (maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, testable and in line with the business line’s needs), for the components and/or software segments assigned to you.
• Working in agile squads, you will be developing the Arval core leasing system.
• Delivering quality developments and collaborating with your peers and squad members are key to this role.
• Design and implement backend modules (services and APIs)
• Develop software that meets development and security standards, while incorporating data and security objectives
• Help to optimize existing code and improve its maintainability
• Help to integrate software packages, leverage stakeholders such as frontend developers or others
• Help to clarify and qualify needs and use clear communication with peers and squad members
• Help to carry out studies before project launch
• Upgrade and/or help to upgrade the documentation
• Perform code reviews
• Participate in internal and external developer networks to communicate and share best practices
• Engage in continuous training and mandatory group trainings in new information technologies

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably in a similar work field or within a corporate environment
• Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or similar high-level education with IT specialization
• English mandatory
