It designs, develops, implements, and integrates AI, ML, BI, web, and automation software solutions for multiple industries, including telecom, energy, banking, insurance, pharma, automotive, industrial, and e-commerce.

• Develop and maintain information systems;
• Design and implement solutions according to business and technical requirements;
• Contribute to developing solution concepts for business initiatives;
• Design solutions delivered by the team;
• Implement new functionalities and develop existing software;
• Ensure software quality and compliance with technical standards;
• Support acceptance testing and solution deployment;
• Participate in planning releases and iterations within the Scrum team;
• Participate in code reviews, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
• Maintain and update technical documentation;
• Support the stabilization and maintenance of deployed solutions;
• Collaborate with team members following Agile and DevOps practices.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer or Java/JEE Developer;
• Very good knowledge of Java/JEE;
• Practical knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks;
• Knowledge of Git;
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, particularly Oracle or PostgreSQL;
• Knowledge of Maven or Gradle for build automation;
• Good knowledge of OOP principles;
• Knowledge of multithreaded programming;
• Willingness to work in a Scrum team and follow Agile/DevOps practices;
• Openness to new technologies and experimentation;
• Nice to have: design patterns, TDD/BDD, Kafka or RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm, Gosu, JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5.
