• Support the billing system, resolve production incidents, and implement application change requests;
• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software;
• Design and develop test automation code;
• Perform analysis and design for broadly defined requirements;
• Contribute to technical direction and software architecture decisions;
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications across environments, including high-impact production issues;
• Support changes during quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation activities;
• Leverage AI development tools and support agentic development;
• Improve productivity through agentic development;
• Lead work and provide guidance to others.

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent work experience;
• 1–3 Years of hands-on Java development experience;
• Experience building and supporting APIs and RESTful microservices;
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with Kafka and enterprise data pipelines;
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications in Agile environments;
• Familiarity with AI development tools for agentic development.
