• Design and develop robust backend applications using Java and Spring technologies;
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions;
• Design scalable and maintainable software architectures aligned with best practices;
• Develop secure, high-quality, and testable code following development standards;
• Contribute to the modernization and optimization of existing applications and services;
• Implement and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines;
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering excellence across the team;
• Integrate distributed technologies and frameworks into the application landscape;
• Develop tools and framework enhancements to support evolving business needs;
• Ensure software solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements;
• Support production environments and ensure application stability and availability;
• Implement and maintain testing strategies from unit testing to acceptance testing;
• Participate in deployment, release management, and environment configuration activities;
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to root cause analysis;
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and operational procedures;
• Work closely with multidisciplinary Agile teams during sprint and Program Increment cycles;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices;
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends;
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to internal development communities.

• At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development within demanding enterprise environments;
• Strong experience with Java Backend Development;
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Framework / Spring Boot;
• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture;
• Experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, Oracle Coherence, Spectrum Symphony, and Tomcat;
• Experience implementing unit, integration, and acceptance testing strategies;
• Understanding of distributed programming patterns;
• Knowledge of parallelization and high-performance computing concepts;
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies;
• Experience working in Scrum environments;
• Great attention to detail with a precise and structured approach;
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills;
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy;
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines when required;
