• Design and build robust backend microservices using Java;
• Improve system resiliency, performance, and monitoring across cloud-native environments;
• Set up observability dashboards and telemetry using GCP native services, Grafana, and Looker;
• Integrate enterprise data solutions across Cloud Spanner, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Elastic;
• Collaborate in a paired associate-anchor model and use AI coding tools to accelerate refactoring, testing, and feature delivery.

• Hands-on enterprise experience with Java and Spring Boot, MVC, or WebFlux;
• Hands-on experience architecting and deploying services on Google Cloud Platform;
• Practical experience using Claude or GitHub Copilot for production refactoring, testing, and debugging;
• Strong background in system resiliency, monitoring, and observability within cloud ecosystems;
• Hands-on experience with containerization and CI/CD tools such as Docker, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Foundry;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Grafana, or Looker; experience with paired programming or associate-anchor delivery models.
