• Take ownership, solve problems, and collaborate with other teams;
• Design and implement solutions from idea to production;
• Build for scale, availability, performance, and security across the stack;
• Work with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers in a highly collaborative agile environment;
• Integrate new products and build internal services to support the ecosystem;
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members;
• Ensure services are production-ready, observable, and maintainable through monitoring, alerting, and on-call participation.

• 4+ Years of software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Event-Driven Architectures;
• Experience designing Microservices, K8s, and containerization with Docker;
• Experience with Kafka messaging systems;
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and caching;
• Experience implementing resilience patterns such as retries, circuit breakers, and graceful degradation;
• Experience designing and maintaining monitoring dashboards covering metrics, logs, and traces, as well as alerts for proactive issue detection;
• Hands-on experience developing highly scalable RESTful end-to-end Microservices;
• English is the company working language; CV must be in English;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Reactive Programming such as RxJava and Vert.x, experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform, online gaming and gambling experience.
