• Build scalable, robust, and efficient solutions in a full-stack team;
• Ensure continuous delivery within a microservice architecture;
• Participate in technical discussions to challenge, propose, and evaluate solutions;
• Guide and support business needs;
• Work closely with operational units and stakeholders;
• Drive personal initiatives with a high-quality mindset;
• Work across the full development chain with end-to-end responsibility;
• Collaborate with other domains across the organisation;
• Ensure the IT ecology remains scalable and ready for future expansions.

• 6+ Years of experience as a back-end developer with Java and/or Kotlin;
• Experience with messaging tools such as Kafka;
• Experience with microservice architecture;
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and JPA;
• Experience with MySQL relational databases;
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude;
• Nice to have: OpenAPI, BigQuery, Kubernetes;
• English is the company working language.
