• Oversee the production of quality software solutions that are maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, testable, and aligned with business needs;
• Design and develop software solutions;
• Clarify and qualify needs;
• Conduct studies before project launches;
• Develop software in line with development and security standards;
• Optimize existing code and improve its maintainability;
• Integrate software packages and help define settings;
• Enforce agile practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery;
• Review code for compliance with development team principles and practices;
• Develop tools and framework changes to meet requirements;
• Implement and create test strategies;
• Install product deployment tools across different environments;
• Upgrade and maintain documentation;
• Implement activity improvements and maintain technical know-how;
• Participate in internal and external developer networks to share best practices;
• Engage in continuous training in new information technologies.

• Excellent software design, coding, documentation, and analysis skills;
• Strong computer science fundamentals;
• Strong Java knowledge with hands-on experience in Spring, REST, and multithreading;
• Knowledge of distributed systems and technologies, including Oracle Coherence, Apache Cassandra, Spectrum Symphony, Kafka, and Tomcat;
• Experience with testing from unit testing to acceptance testing;
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery techniques and tooling;
• Knowledge of distributed systems programming patterns;
• Knowledge of parallelization techniques;
• Fluent English.
