Java Developer

Noesis provides strategic management services.

• Develop and maintain Java microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot, focusing on high-throughput, low-latency, and cloud-native resilience;
• Write unit, integration, and contract tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Testcontainers;
• Support QA teams in test automation efforts;
• Collaborate with architects, SRE, and security teams on technical design, refinements, code reviews, and observability, including logging, tracing, and metrics;
• Perform root cause analysis for development and QA environments;
• Act as L3 support for complex production incident resolution.

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field;
• At least 5 years of experience in Java development and core concepts, including concurrency, memory management, and the Spring Boot ecosystem;
• Hands-on experience with distributed cloud-native architectures, containerization using Docker or Podman and Kubernetes, and event-driven patterns;
• Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, or NewSQL databases, including MongoDB and CockroachDB;
• Knowledge of messaging and resilience patterns, including circuit breakers and idempotency;
• Experience with modern CI/CD practices, DevSecOps, and observability frameworks;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across QA, SRE, Business, and Security teams;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset for mission-critical and financial systems.
